Living Fit! Fitness GuidelinesPhysical Therapists’ Recommendations for Living Fit!Are you ready to start living fit? Make sure you are taking proper precautions to introduce exercise into your daily routine in a safe way. As a part of the Living Fit! A Joint Effort™ program, the Living Fit! Physical Therapist (PT) Fitness Team has developed fitness guidelines for young adults with hemophilia. You should discuss these guidelines with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise routine. These guidelines provide PT-recommended exercise routines and tips to improve your fitness regimen, including general exercise, stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercises.
