Living Fit! with hemophilia means making the best health decisions possible by following a physical therapist-recommended fitness training regimen to reduce the possibility of joint bleeds.

In cooperation with the hemophilia community, professional physical therapists and physical educators, Living With Hemophilia is proud to announce a new initiative called Living Fit! A Joint Effort. This unique program will offer physical therapist recommended tips for strength and resistance training for children ages 7-12 and young adults ages 12-17.

Corey Pierce, a senior at Oregon State University living with hemophilia A, is passionate about the critical need for a strength and resistance training program for young people with hemophilia. As our Living Fit! "Youth Ambassador," Corey is looking for other young people with hemophilia A to join him in providing valuable insights that can contribute to the development of this program.
