Staff Development Coordinator, Therapy 2000

Alice received an Advanced Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman's University in Dallas and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Arizona School of Health Sciences at AT Still University in the clinical doctorate of physical therapy program.

Alice currently serves as Staff Development Coordinator at Therapy 2000, a pediatric home therapy agency in Dallas. Prior to that, she worked for nearly 25 years at Children's Medical Center of Dallas, serving as the physical therapist for the Comprehensive Hemophilia and Thrombosis Program since 1992. Alice presents on the role of physical therapy for persons with bleeding disorders on local, national, and international levels. Additionally, she is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists and holds an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Texas-Southwestern Program of Physical Therapy.

Alice is past Chair and Region VI representative of the Physical Therapy Working Group of the National Hemophilia Foundation, past recipient of the Physical Therapy Excellence award by the NHF and has served in several roles over the past 15+ years at the Texas Hemophilia Summer Camp including camp PT, Assistant Director, and Director. In her free time, Alice has participated in multiple international humanitarian/medical outreaches in Cuba, Peru, Poland, and the Ukraine. Her hobbies include most out of doors activities, gardening, and playing with her Sheltie puppy, Loki.
